Details. Pauline Thompson. Artists floor talk 2.00pm Sunday, 17 August. An established New Zealand artist, Pauline Thompson is of Norfolk Island and Pitcairn Island descent. One of the main themes of her art practise over the past two or so decades has been an exploration of the spiritual, social and emotional nuances of the history and settlement of the Pacific, particularly Norfolk and Pitcairn Islands during the mid-late nineteenth and twentieth centuries
