8:30am to 5pm daily (except Christmas Day), for free and impartial information for visitors and residents, on North Shore City attractions, historical sites, activities, parks and walks, accommodation restaurants, events and transport. Booking and vouchering services offered for accommodation, transport and tours, including InterCity, Northliner and Newmans coaches, TranzScenic trains and InterIslander and Lynx ferries.
