Saturdays February 13, 20; March 6, 13, 20 Good company - whether you are a North Shore resident, a tourist here for a while, or a New Mew Zealand migrant, you will find a welcome on these walks and get to know your beautiful bush surroundings. Easy-paced =- each walk takes two hours and will take place rain or shine (walking shoes and a raincoat will be handy). Informative - the walks are designed to make participants more knowledgeable about, and able to identify, New Zealand native trees and plants. The group will stop often to identify common native trees, ferns, flowers and pest plants, deal with questions and discuss the surroundings. Great exercise - explore the bush in confidence and at a relaxed pace with our small groups (maximum 12 participants). Bring water bottle. Bookings essential and payment with bookings please.
